{"id":844,"date":"2020-10-14T16:06:38","date_gmt":"2020-10-14T14:06:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iterem.com\/?p=844"},"modified":"2021-05-17T13:42:09","modified_gmt":"2021-05-17T12:42:09","slug":"la-igualtat-es-treballa-cada-dia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iterem.com\/ca\/la-igualtat-es-treballa-cada-dia\/","title":{"rendered":"La igualtat es treballa cada dia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El 22 de mar\u00e7 va entrar en vigor la Llei Org\u00e0nica 3\/2007 per a la igualtat efectiva de dones i homes.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Independentment de l&#8217;exist\u00e8ncia d&#8217;una llei, a <strong><span class=\"mark\">iterem<\/span> <\/strong>ens prenem la igualtat molt seriosament, per la qual cosa durant aquest 2020 vam realitzar una avaluaci\u00f3, amb l&#8217;ajuda de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pimec.org\/ca\/fundacio-pimec\">Fundaci\u00f3 PIMEC<\/a>, del posicionament de la nostra empresa envers la igualtat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-850 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/iterem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/clay-banks-LjqARJaJotc-unsplash-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"443\" height=\"333\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iterem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/clay-banks-LjqARJaJotc-unsplash-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/iterem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/clay-banks-LjqARJaJotc-unsplash-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/iterem.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/clay-banks-LjqARJaJotc-unsplash-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 443px) 100vw, 443px\" \/>L&#8217;an\u00e0lisi de resultats aborda aspectes com:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Retribuci\u00f3 salarial.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Formaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Promoci\u00f3 i desenvolupament professional.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Comunicaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Gesti\u00f3 del temps.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Prevenci\u00f3 de salut i benestar en el treball.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Assetjament sexual i per ra\u00f3 de sexe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Una de les millores detectades estava precisament relacionada amb aquest \u00faltim punt, ja que segons l&#8217;article 48.1 de la Llei Org\u00e0nica 3\/2007, de 22 de mar\u00e7, per a la igualtat efectiva de dones i homes, <strong>totes les empreses, independentment de la seva mida, tenen l&#8217;obligaci\u00f3 de tenir un protocol sobre assetjament sexual i sobre la base del sexe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un llarg treball, no nom\u00e9s hem finalitzat la seva redacci\u00f3, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 l&#8217;hem presentat a tota l&#8217;empresa.
